Husband and I booked a table on a Saturday night. Seated quickly and service was friendly and prompt. Our cocktails were delicious and cold. Caesar salads crisp and flavourful. And my beef ribs were amazing. I could only finish one. The others will be lunch tomorrow. Meat fall-off-the-bone tender and sauce sweet and tangy. The place filled up quickly and staff were running but friendly and kept up with the pace. Can hardly wait to go back.

I am so confused where these 4.3 stars are coming from. First time coming here thinking it would be spectacular! Came home with a 😐 on my face. Highlights: 1. Steak tasted burnt. I am supposed to taste char, not ash flavor. 2. "World Famous Ribs" tasted exactly as my steak. Wondering if the grill is at least cleared of burnt bits from previous orders before firing my order? I can definitively say they aren't "world famous" compared to Montanas, Famous Daves, Big Guy's Ranch & Saloon. 3. Macaroni side was dry and flavorless, the ranch style beans on the other hand was tasty. 4. Desert was okay, probably my only favorite thing at Tony Romas Overall bad experience on a non-busy Sunday evening. I am giving this place two stars just because our waitress was awesome and very polite. I hope the $20 tip made it to your fingers only!

The food and service are above my expectations. The server was friendly, attentive and accurate. I never felt like I was waiting on or missing anything. The food arrived in a reasonable amount of time and was excellent. The restaurant atmosphere is great. You can have a conversation while you are eating here. The dining room is pretty quiet.
