Tony Roma's

3.5 star for food. 4* for service. Greeted at the door, explained specials, courteous staff. Given 2 kinds of warm bread, one of each kind, with butter,served in 'disposable plastic.' Food: boneless short rib was very tender but had 1 bite that was dry (must of been a end piece). Beans were overdone. Lobster dish ok, not as good as the Pembina location. Cheese bread overdone, dark ends. Plastic straws were given with our water. Hopefully, the Restaurant will switch to biodegradable straws. Why use straws for water. 🤔 Warm napkins to wipe hands.

We went to Tony Roma's for a Christmas dinner with our neighbours. Four adults and 4 children. Our waitress was great with the kids and explained the menu whenever we had questions. She kept our drinks filled and had a good sense of humour even with a busy restaurant. I only have four stars as I was again disappointed by the steak. The waitress helped me decide on how to order to make sure my terminology matched with how the kitchen is set up. The steak was just the right pink, but was quite chewy. I ate a bunch of my wife's ribs and enjoyed all the sides. The rest of my meal was good as always, but for the second time in a row I found their steak lacking. Lesson for me, order ribs and go elsewhere for steak. I still recommend this place. Very clean, great service most food is very tasty.

It's been a couple of years since I have been here.I had the steak burger suggested by the waiter and the dipping sauce. It wasn't as good as the waiter made it out to be. Place was clean and not very busy. Everyone at the table said the same. My daughter loves her Mac and cheese and did not even eat all of hers which shocked me. She said she didn't like it. Overall the food was OK.

The taste of the food was fabulous. We had ribs and lobster. Fall off the bone ribs and succulent lobster. Service was great and drinks were excellent. The only problem was the food was not hot when it arrived at our table. We were on a tight schedule that night so we didn't ask the waiter to heat it up. We've had several meals here in the past and that's the first time this happened so I will definitely go back.
