This place needs a health inspection, disgusting and they locked the doors long before closing time and would not let the rest of our family in the building. Hands down worst Burger King in the country. I drove from Ontario to Kelowna and back in a week and visited many burger kings this one is stuck in 1999 and resembles Detroit slums. Steer clear if you can.

Busy but didn't have to wait long. Other people in line did not space the 2meters. Presented Vax card when asked. Washroom floor was dirty in the corners of the stall. Looked like possible mouse droppings or? Other than that place was decent. For a Fast Food joint it was acceptable Dries were Hot. Burgers were warm. Drinks were good.

Ordered from here for dinner! Got 2 whoppers, fries, onion rings & dill pickle nuggets. Absolutely terrible! The fries & onion rings were hard & cold. The whoppers looked like they were thrown together and the lettuce was brown. The dill pickle nuggets were ok, nothing to brag about. Unfortunately the quality has really gone downhill at this location. Will not be back.

Every time I order from this location, I'm always disappointed. Today was one of those days...ordered and BIG XL and fries, got a call from Skip, they had no fries, ok onion rings, fine...everything was cold when I got it, the burgers are never fresh, tasted like the patty's had been sitting over night, there never juicy.......not ordering again from this location.

YOOOO EVERYONE!! I finished at 9pm so I swung by this Burger King to grab a Whopper and you guysssss not only was the customer service voice through the drive thru really nice but the WHOPPER WAS SO FRESH!! Like the bun, the onions, the patty, the lettuce, the tomatoes, and the light sauce. Thank you for a solid experience to who ever was whippin it up! I'm definitely coming back!
