The service was great. Our server was so friendly and attentive. We were there for a birthday and she made it special for us. My burger was great and so delicious...my Caesar salad was way over garlic and lacked acid but I was told it is usually very good here so maybe an off nice. The gluten-free pizza was good, the Tuscan pasta was delicious. We got a brownie for dessert and it was very good, the sparkler was a nice touch. Went on a recommendation for dinner while travelling. Service was great as many have said, and domestic beer was well priced at $4.50 a bottle. Had the No. 1 pizza and as many reviews said the sauce here is different. I thought it was cream in the sauce as it is slightly pink and has a sweet taste, but some others think it is a roux. Either way it's not a traditional tomato sauce for the pizza. I didn't care for it, but I know many people who like it (mostly people that grew up in Winnipeg eating it). Overall an unassuming joint with some TVs for sports and some grub.

Hey Guys! Saw your sign and I guess you guys are doing some hiring! Contrary to popular belief some of us DO still want to work but I have a question for you guys! Do YOU want to offer prospective staff a fair wage, dependable hours and benefits? Employment is a two way street and the resounding answer is YES we absolutely want to work but we're kinda over being treated like disposable by managers who themselves cash fair paycheques, live in nice places they can afford in exchange for giving up their time and labour and have benefits they can share with their families. The way we see it when someone owns a business it's not a favour or a bonus for them to offer these things to their workers...it's their JOB! So my question is Do YOU want to work?
