The Garbonzo’s at the University of Winnipeg has, not surprisingly, a super student-vibe. In my experience, the food is not as good as other Garbonzo locations in the city. Service is a bit off too, but that makes sense given the location of the restaurant. There are better places to eat in the area, but if you’re on campus and want to hang out with friends for a quick bite, I guess it’s a decent place to go.

Yummy food. Seafood penne is my new fav now. Food is great but the packaging when they deliver is not great. I hate how they put the food on top of that red checkered paper, the color is sticking on the food and it's not good at all.

It's got some amazing daily deals, accompanied by some of the best good in the city... Especially Pizza!
The atmosphere is always alive, and Garbanzo's is the only place I know where you can play games while you wait/eat...
It's my Top 5 favorite restaurant in Canada!

The customer service alone made for a great experience. I watched the CFL game, had a cider, and ordered off the happy hour / deal of the day menu, and left quite happy!

Really good portions, amazingly plump chicken wings and generous with the sauces. Root beer came in a can and isn't bottomless.
