Although I was never impressed with the customer service, I was previously an extremely loyal customer - my family and I purchased the seasonal vegan sugar cookies for every season/special occasion. As a vegan, I am always on the search for vegan goodies that actually taste good - and these cookies were AMAZING. However, at Christmas we noticed that the cookies were significantly changed in both taste and texture. It was extremely disappointing to find that the Christmas vegan sugar cookies we ordered this year tasted so different from what we are used to….frankly, they were inedible. After emailing the bakery to inquire about this bad batch of cookies and express our disappointment, we were merely informed that the recipe has been changed and “improved”, without any apology from the bakery for our bad experience. But we decided to remain optimistic and assumed that perhaps we had received a bad batch. We ordered more of the vegan sugar cookies for Valentine’s Day and to our great disappointment, the cookies were still really awful (we took one bite of a cookie and threw all the rest out). At the risk of sounding harsh, my dog literally wouldn’t even eat them (and she’ll eat anything). I am no longer a customer, and honestly the “improved” vegan sugar cookies are an embarrassment to the vegan community. I am very sorry to be leaving a bad review, but losing one of our absolute favourite spots for vegan treats is just heartbreaking!

Sadly, I have never gotten to eat any treats from the bakery - I wish to one day. I have family in Winnipeg whom I love dearly and needed a cookie provider! Sweet Impressions has never let me down - Delivering what I am told are tasty treats right to their doors. It's a nice way to show someone you care even when far away! Thank you~

Cakes, cupcakes, donuts, etc I go here for all our dessert and birthday cake needs! I have been going to Sweet Impressions for many years now. I was excited for them to open their new shop on Corydon, with bigger space, plenty of room and perfect pit stop for coffee and dessert anytime of day, with great staff to boot! Great service none the less!

Beautiful little bakery/café and excellent customer service! Even though it was quite busy when I went, Emily and Abby were incredibly friendly and helpful. They took time to give suggestions that they thought I would like and clarified how they were making my drinks the whole time in case there was something I didn't like. Will absolutely be returning.

Nice decor, cakes are dry and too sugary. The blonde girl at the front had such an attitude and had to explain myself multiple times. ⚠️Just a white people business. Racist towards Asian people❌ Stay away‼️ Don’t even bother wasting your time going, not worth the price!There’re way better bakeries in South and West area.
