Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

I was served by the “friendly” manager himself. While he is friendly at first, he proved himself more greedy than customer friendly. I filled my yogurt cup and right after paying, he handed it to me and the cup slipped out of my hand. It fell all over the counter and his words were “well this is a first”. I thought he would give me a refund or at least let me refill my cup since he just witnessed the incident but the most he did was help me pick my yogurt off the counter and said “you could still eat this or buy another but the most I could do is give you a discount”. Not worth it. Not coming back again. Bad customer service. So embarrassing. ***** In response to reply: If you’re cheap, just say that. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Today I went to get ice cream with my two little girls and all of the sudden a drunk guy came in to the store. He wasn't wearing a mask, I think he didn't really know were he was but he wondered all around the store. The employee, Clay, handled the situation really well, respectfully but keeping everyine safe. She was really awesome!! There was another employee that came right away and and helped us keeping cool. Both really professional and friendly! Great job!!
