The Original Royal Pizza

Stopped in for a pizza on Friday night and we were very impressed. First of all the restaurant is very clean and modern looking. Staff take very careful precautions to make sure that everything is sanitized and clean. Our pizza was amazing. Fresh toppings and a perfect crisp and somewhat thicker crust. Not too thick, just right. The sauce is also very good. Our server Samantha did a great job of looking after us. Our only complaint might be the $9.50 price of beer, but the food was reasonably priced. In our opinion, this is one of the best pizza restaurants in Winnipeg.

Everything about Royal Pizza is fantastic! Restaurant is always very clean and there's plenty of parking. We've tried many selections from their menu and were never disappointed by how good the meals were...and of course, the pizzas are SUPERB! (Prices and portions are fine, despite a couple reviews claiming the opposite). Staff are friendly, courteous, and truly...one feels 'at home' when dining in...wonderful place for a 'date night' dinner for sure :)! Wishing everyone at Royal Pizza continued success...very happy to have such a gem of a restaurant in the area! Thanks to you all!

Not satisfied with our order. Found it overpriced and mediocre. Tried it years back when Tom owned it and was so impressed but this was a flop. While the food had fresh ingredients, it lacked luster and appeared cheap. For instance, hardly any sauce on the pizza.... the garlic toast was the crust butt, (and a thick piece which was dry), it had garlic powder instead of fresh garlic and the dressing for my Greek salad while tasty was oil, vinegar and dill? This isn’t Greek salad dressing? Such an easy meal and yet prepared so poorly. Won’t be returning.
