My daughter and I had breakfast here while my wife got her hair cut. The food was affordable and good. I don't think you can go wrong stopping at this small dinner.
Our story wasn't all that representative but I'm not sure if the two older men one table over paid for our meal or if the waitress shared their tip but it was really great.
Was a nice way to start our vacation from Calgary to Winnipeg.

Been here a few times now and the owners are always friend and food quality consistent. Their chili burgers are delicious and chili fries come in a large portion size. Under priced in my view.

Amazing service and great atmosphere. Moved back to Winnipeg in December and with restrictions lifted my roommate and I can enjoy a nice sit down traditional breakfast.

This is one of the only diners left in Winnipeg with any credibility. Simply the most welcoming and comfortable spot for breakfast or lunch in the city. Unpretentious, genuine, straight up, down to earth and highly attentive owners running the place make this the go to breakfast spot.

Passed this place 1,000 times and never went in. Finally did and I'll be back. They put a slide of swiss under the egg for their eggs benedict, which were fantastic. Shredded hash was awesome as well; perfect balance between crispy and moist. Service was great too, my coffee was never empty. A Winnipeg gem. It's cash only fyi.
