Pretty solid place. You get what you expect everytime. Sweet and Sour Chicken and Shrimp are classics favorites done well. Every time I order from here it's hot, and fresh. Convenient location in the Fort Richmond area. The chicken balls are big and full of chicken, not just batter. Same with the Shrimp Balls. Solid place to order from.

I’ve waited 2 hours for my food to arrive it didn’t, I called and they put me on hold as soon as they answered I won’t get my money back for 5-10 days after canceling my order. this whole situation was handled poorly and I will not be ordering again. I wish I could give zero stars for this experience but unfortunately I cannot.

We were loyal customers of this restaurant for the last couple of years, and whenever my husband went to 'pick up' our order, he would always give a good tip. However, when we decided to order our favorite dishes yesterday for New Year's Eve, we called before 4 pm to place the order and were told that we would have it delivered by 7:30 pm. Then, at 7:45 pm, when we called them to find out where our delivery was, we were put on hold several times and talked to three different people before finding out that our order was never made in the first place. Then, they said that it would be another 25 minutes to make it, plus delivery time. I asked if we could get a discount for THEIR SCREW UP, and they said that they wouldn't give us a discount. And they never apologized for not completing our order for us either!!! All they said was that 'they were very busy'. I assume they are always busy on every New Year's Eve, and should be more organized and accommodating to their customers than this. Unfortunately, we never got our Chinese Food for New Year's Eve and they will never get our business ever again!! P.S. there are many Chinese Restaurants out there to choose from, so good luck keeping the customers that you have if you treat them all like this.**

We both got sick the last time we ordered a year ago but decided to give them another shot. Shouldn't have. Rice was very bland. As another poster stated (and the owner confirmed lol), the chow mein and veg were flavorless and drenched in thick oil. It tasted like they steamed the veg then poured uncooked oil all over it after the fact. Will go elsewhere.

We got delivery from skip the dishes to the motel we stayed at. Portions are great, packaged perfect so nothing was spilled or crushed. Pricing was well worth the wait... That was not terrible but a bit long... Our hunger may have played into the wait... Will definitely be back again. Thank you for a great dinner.

We called as soon as they opened at 4 for pick up at 6:40. We told them we needed chopsticks, napkins and utensils. They assured us they will provide. They were behind in the order didn't get it until 6:55. We brought the food to our destination. No utensils, chopsticks, napkins were provided after assuring they'd supply them. Was hard to eat with our hands as we were at a facility that didn't provide those. The food was not as good as previous times. Very bland and nothing was that amazing. The containers weren't labeled or numbered. The front staff for pick up side was not friendly. We weren't the only ones waiting for late orders. Sad to see a good place go downhill. Wouldn't recommend to friends or family (unless you don't like them, haha)
