Jonnies Sticky Buns

They have great cinnamon buns of different flavours. Had the Poppy Seed Citrus bun - it was delicious and very enjoyable - it had a great crunch to it and it was nice and dark. Also ordered the Carrot Ginger w/cream cheese icing bun - it was good, but actually the cream cheese frosting was a little too heavy for me - not exactly like a carrot cake where it is more sugary and it didn't entirely fit with the taste of the bun. We also ordered the breakfast bun with the cheeses and meat - it was a perfect combination of sweet and salty - really enjoyable.

I ordered the Whole Wheat Raisin, and Caramel Rosemary. I really dig the Pina Colada sticky bun, too. They're all so incredibly delicious. The only spot you need to know about, in Winnipeg, if you're looking for legit sticky buns; just like grandma used to make. The coffee's great, too. The bean blend compliments the buns. Order a large, add your own cream. Enjoy life. Heal your soul.

It was great. I went there today and tried the dagma or something as it was recommended. I loved it :) the clerk was helpful. He was not friendly because I think I annoyed him by asking too many questions to get only one bun. So I feel bad about that. But really, the bun was amazing.balance of the temp, sweetness, softness, fruitiness, and size was just so perfect :).
