We visited this place total 4 times in last week as freshi is our best energy boosting food place. I ordered Buddha Satay bowl and they gave me thin noodles without telling me. I don’t make complaints but I didn’t like it as this thin noodles were everywhere. When I ask server about this she got confused and looking for regular rice noodle. Meanwhile other girl( seems like manager or supervisor) ask server about issue and ignored me and walk away. In the end, server found regular noodles but didn’t apologize for giving me wrong food.

Update**** freshii Regent called me asking me to take down my review and proceeded to laugh. I have taken this to corporate.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. There is a giant bug in the Mediterranean bowl. I called there and all they said was call skip and they would give me a full refund.

Awful experience - this was in one of the bowls we ordered. Disgusting and unsanitary. When we called with this issue and health concerns, we were laughed at by staff with barely any apology, and asked to take our google review down.

I'm a regular customer and have enjoyed many decent meals from this location. The quality has been consistent and portions reasonable. It's pricier fare but the quality of food is top notch. For someone who doesn't have a lot of time to cook, Freshii is a reasonably healthy alternative to traditional fast food. Mexican food is NOT the first thing that comes to mind when thinking Freshii but it has to be said.. Their most recent limited time offering of soft Tacos (3pk) are incredibly tasty and fresh. I have yet to find something comparable at even an exclusively Mexican restaurant. I hope they keep these on the menu!

Portion sizes USED to be really good and worth the money. Went today and it was literally half the size it used to be. The employee said the bowl is normally fuller if you add a protein, but I have never once added a protein to my bowl and they've always been very full. This is one of the smallest portion sizes I've ever received. I even paid extra to add a veggie and couldn't believe the tiny portion handed to me. Not sure I'll be back if this is how things are now, same price but half the amount, no thanks.

I was carrying two meals boxes and The smoothie fell down at the store from the drink carrier in front of the cashier and I paid it again . The smoothies was on top without any bags. I was very upset do not change it for free cause the most ethical thing that all stores do. I am regular customer who pay over $70 every time. I will never go back to this store again.

I don’t normally order at this location but my normal location is out of rice noodles and this location has them but when I got my order it was barely half full and the tortilla chips I got were completely stale and gross

False advertising! Got coupons in the mail that show chicken in the salads 2 for $20 (pictures attached). But then when you go in they tell you "protein" is not included... Then why is it in the picture??? Why does it not say on the coupon "Does not include the meat in the picture." Blatant false advertising!
We didn't waste the money on their bait and switch bull and went to Pita Pit in the same lot and got great big bowls of salad WITH PROTEIN for $10 each WITHOUT A COUPON. Never again Freshii.
