I just love this place! This is definitely up there as my top 10 ice cream places in all of Winnipeg. Good service + stunning but delicious varieties of ice cream. Better than most other ice cream creameries I’ve been to in the area. I also would 100% recommend strawberry + cheesecake + nestle crunch + brownies! :)

The ice cream was really good, but the service and Graham crackers really spoiled the whole experience! This location is open until 10pm as per google. We went in all excited at around 9:43pm, everyone had decided what was to be ordered and we were waiting to be served after 3 gentlemen were done choosing and placing their orders. The employee from behind the counter looked right at us and said, "Oh! You are here. I was going to close early today. Have taken out the garbage already and was supposed to close and leave early." To which our reply was, "It isn't 10pm yet. How would that work?" To which she answered, "Yeah, but I was supposed to close early and now you're here." It didn't feel right the way she looked at us or even spoke to us. I then asked her, just to be sure, "Do you mean we aren't going to be served?" That caught her attention and looked up all baffled and said, "No, I will absolutely serve you. You are here now." We got our orders in and to our dismay, all the different waffle cones and waffle cups were stale and the Graham cracker tasted like cardboard box! Wish there was half a star to express how disappointed we were of the ice cream and the service. Our overall experience was out right bad. We were looking forward to our little sweet treat for the weekend and it just ruined our entire mood.

Delicious ice cream, great variety, but service ruins it all!! The employee did not do the job well, the ice cream was too soft and was dripping when she was transferring it to the cup! No cup covers were provided. When I asked for covers she gave the wrong size. No trays available for multiple ice creams. We usually order for the whole family, so it is absolutely impossible to hold all the ice cream, and it melts from the warms of your hands. We came home with all messy with melted ice cream. Absolutely no communication, no greeting or anything like that. No desire to come back.
