Tim Hortons

Staff were friendly and let me know that my coffee would be available in a few minutes. My two cups were set aside waiting for fresh brewed coffee. Once the coffee was ready she removed the kids, poured the coffee and handed me the cups. I was impressed that she thought to cover the cups as the coffee was brewing.

After visiting other Tim Hortons in the area, I will ALWAYS come back to this one. If you frequent here the staff make you feel like you’re part of the family and address you by name. Remember that the staff are humans and can make mistakes, but more often than not the employees go above and beyond. Being so close to the high schools the employees deal with huge rushes of kids, and still end up with a smile on their face by end of shift. Love this location and staff.
