East Coast Wings & Grill

I love this East Coast! Their food is so delicious and always on point. This is the place to go if you're in the mood for wings. Soooooooooo many FLAVOR and HEAT INDEX options! I highly recommend the mild-hot Drunken Apple wings! Also, they have all kinds of interesting takes on Tacos (Hawaiian Chicken is the best Taco) as well as a great bar! The service was surprisingly slow for such a relatively popular dining establishment in the area. Additionally, they were out of some items/ingredients required for their popular menu items/drinks, but then again, we were there 1 hour prior to closing. They need to have better control of their inventory. Their fries were amazing, but their quality and seasoning of their meat could've definitely been better; this bar and grill establishment gets a 4-Star from me.

This was my first time using curbside pick-up, and will be my last time eating East Coast Wings. The experience has left me frustrated, angry and disappointed. I made my order at 5:08 pm on 3/27. It said it would be ready at 5:23. I arrived around 5:30. Pulled up in the curbside pick-up parking. I waited a few minutes. I had not read the email that said to call when I arrived. I didn't see anything on the signs about calling, so I waited a minute or 2 more. Then I called. I got a busy signal. Waited a minute called again. At 5:36 I got a person. I told her I had a curbside order, and that I was out front. She asked my name, and said something about it would be out when it was ready. At 5:51 I went in. When I said that I had a curbside order. I was told that I had needed to call when I had arrived. I told her that I had, at 5:36. She then asked my name. She located my order, said it's right here, "sorry". So I have no idea how long the order was sitting there, but by the time I got home, around 10 minutes, what my family had for dinner was a room temperature salad, soggy pretzel bites with congealed cheese goo, room temperature wings and a room temperature kids cheese burger. To be fair, the carrots and celery were still quite good. That will be the last $47.80 that I spend at an East Coast Wings.

Decent salads. The fries are pretty good. The fried chicken isn't too greasy. The service is usually quite good. I'd give four stars, but something, which I can't quite put my finger on, is lacking. Perhaps not very professional? What is to be expected though of an establishment that seems to welcome Bubba walking in with a ball cap on and WEARING it while eating? YUCK
