Firehouse Subs

The driest sub ever! Ordered the famous brisket and cheese sub; a large and medium to go. Got home to see the white mayo, thought it looked dry. Took a bite and realized they left off the sauce. To be certain, I took a napkin and laid it on both sides of the insides of the sandwich. Pulled the napkin off; wouldn’t have even known the sandwich was supposed to have sauce. Tried to call at a “not busy” time. After 3 phone calls and being left on hold a total of more than 30+ minutes with no person ever coming back to the line is unacceptable, Maybe I can turn my head on that but to leave off the sauce entirely on two different sandwiches, you know that’s just wrong. When you have to pull out the Sweet Bsby Ray sauce for a barbecue sub minus the barbecue sauce, you’ll know to never go back.

Love Firehouse! Got my order to go. Reached home approximately 45mins later and my sub was not fixed to the standard on the menu. No CHEESE! Call and Robin was very nice and offered no excuse but did take my name and said I would get another sandwich at my next visit. That's how you treat a customer 👏. Great job on making a poor experience good. Keep it up!

Absolute worse store experience. The worker taking my order was zoned out with flat affect. Literally just stared at me and never opened her mouth. After painfully getting through my order she owes me $18.51 In change. She states “we don’t have any coins” and just hands me $18. The steak and cheese was subpar and meat was cold. Avoid if you can.

I normally don't even eat here it was truthfully my first time after my boss recommended. Got in there 30 mins before closing.. order the turkey bacon ranch no mayo/tomatoe... My sandwich had bbq sauce on it. No bacon.. no lettuce and no onions on my sandwich... Was so hurt.. orders a brisket and cheddar no mayo for my hubby and he looked at it and said he wasn't eating it. It looked gross and was cold... We stay 2 mins away and he didn't touch it.. Sad to say I won't be eating here again.. sorry.... Jersey Mike's.... Even Jimmy John's... Would never.....

Always have enjoyed Firehouse, until now. Slow service and my order was made incorrectly. I called to speak with a Manger, lady on the phone said we don't have one here. We didn't know how to make your veggie sub, we don't have a picture at this franchise. I hope corporate contacts me to resolve this issue. My subs need to be remade correctly (free of charge). This was a ridiculous waste of time and money.
