I wish I could have given zero * to them. Worst food franchise. I will never ever return to Taco Bell even they offer the free food. Ordered three veg supreme bowl and the quantity of the food in one bowl would not even suffice for 2 year old kid( I ordered these bowls for 2 adult and 8 year kid). Each bowl was supposed to have guacamole but none of them had those. I went to the the desk and showed that none of the box have guacamole. The cashier gave a box of guacamole ( I appreciate it) however the lady who prepared the bowl raised her eyebrows. She didn’t seem happy when I came back asked about it. The food wasn’t great either. Rice were raw and the beans quantity was as if they have counted the beans. Overall pathetic quality and quantity. Additionally I paid 6.39 dollars for each bowl. Attaching pics so that anyone planning to have dinner can go to other place as this place offers snacks only.

They are so rude. Ordered three tacos and they all looked like this. They act like they can't be bothered to do anything. Anyone else experience when they hand you your order they don't look at you or thank you? The customers works harder at this taco bell

Horrible service, they acted like they could not understand me but seconds earlier they heared my order then when i got my food the barley gave me any nacho fries. Also they did not give us any forks and the fries tasted like they were not cooked all the way through.

They were not paying any attention nor did they get my order right. Left the cheese off of a nacho bell grande and all. But a sweet kid did correct the order and issued a very sincere apology. The food was hot as well. They have a new building structure and it looks nice.

Kiosk ordering only. People behind the counter barely spoke when I politely asked. They acted as if I bothered them. They got the order wrong. They were none to happy to help get it right. I guess I had inconvenienced them again.
NOT staff fault, but Nacho Bell Grande is now 1/4 of the original size with half the differing stuff in it.
Honestly, if I want self service, make better food than that, I'll do it at home.
Taco Bell...DO BETTER.

Standard taco bell fare. Dining area was clean. Staff insisted on orders being placed thru the kiosk, honestly I liked it, but it did cause some issues for other patrons. Order fulfillment was precise.

This Taco Bell has been shortstaffed for quite a while now-which is understandable, as is most of America. However it’s frustrating because you never know when their dining room will be open as there is no signage at all… except for one large sign saying “dining room open. Dine In” and then when you get to the door it’s locked.
With the layout of the parking lot it’s frustrating because you have to get back in line from an awkward position to hit the drive-through… whatever, this is annoying but not enough for me to leave a bad review. However after today I’m done with this place.
I had two separate orders, as I was ordering for me and a coworker (thus why I had tried to go inside in the first place) and when I get to the window and explain I have two small separate orders, she proceeds to tell me “we can’t do that. We don’t have enough employees.” I’m confused and say “it’s two small orders. Do you want me to do one now and then go back through the line for the second one” and she replies “whatever. You’re welcome to apply for a job. We have applications inside.” As I was still confused she proceeds to tell me I can take it up with corporate …. At this point I was done. I understand being short staffed and feeling overwhelmed but if she would just stop and think for a minute she would understand this is not that big of a request. She was rude and I was over it…. And There were only two cars behind me in line… again not like I could come inside with my two separate orders. I decided I would not order food at that point since they didn’t want to serve me. The owner of this place better make some changes quick.
Come on, guys. You’re short staffed. It sucks. You’re doing a lot of work and feeling overwhelmed. I get it. However, you have a job… put on a smile and do your job.

This has to be one of the worse Taco Bell’s in America. Why isn’t this place closedown yet? Google need to put a 0 star up here. First off one of the workers charges me a deluxe combo when I only asked for a regular. I told them no tomatoes on anything due to me being allergic. Instead I had tomatoes on everything. They only had 2 drink choices to choose from. And then they forgot my nacho fries and insisted on giving me cold ones that seemed to have been sitting. I just want to say thanks for wasting my money.
