Dunkin' Donuts

Service could have been alot better but wasn't dreadful. The staff was just nonplussed and had absolutely ZERO personality(I know I shouldn't expect much at dunkin but atleast shoot a smile my way) The main complaint is that I ordered a large iced hazelnut latte which tasted like dirty city water and stale coffee. I also ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel; the bagel was tough and when I asked for some mayonnaise, the girl looked at me like it was a major burden to get me a pack of mayonnaise and finally after 5 minutes of looking, she came to me and said "I guess we're out" no apology or anything. I'll never go back to that location.

I actually started liking dunkin donuts after years of loving their competition. Whenever i come to this location, i have a hard time finding what i want on the drive through menu. Either they don't have the donuts listed or what. The employee said to come inside they had all the donuts available. The problem i had was i don't actually know the kinds or flavors they carry because i only visit ocassionally. i live where there is NO DD.

We have officially been here 3 times, We are moving to the area from Knoxville Tennessee . Whether we have went inside or went through the drive-through everything has been perfect the food the drinks not a single complaint and I have never had better hospitality at a restaurant anywhere before. If you're going to go to a Dunkin' donuts this is definitely the best one to go to if you are near Winston-Salem. I had the unfortunate experience of trying 2 other dunkins that we're not this Dunkin and made it a point to figure out where it was so I could go back. I really cannot say enough good things about this location. Staff is amazing. Establishment is really clean inside and out even the bathrooms. Out of over 20 Dunkin' donuts I've been to in a total of 3 States this is handstown the best one!!!

My boyfriend and I go to this Dunkin just about every single day. It’s out of our way since there’s a Dunkin right near our house, but this one is worth the drive. The staff is so friendly, the food is great and hot every time, they give me my order in a timely manner and my coffee is pretty much always delicious!
