Applebee's

Tonight my family and I really enjoyed ourselves. We had great service. Even though everyone was extremely busy trying to take care of all the customers it was good to see that some people still have good standards. My waiters name was Tim and I don’t remember what the managers name was but everyone was helpful, polite and courteous. My only concern that I addressed to the manager was about the size of my entree looking like the size of an appetizer but she listened to my concern and I was pleased with everyone’s business etiquette. Well done to all the the staff and the food was also delicious. Please keep up the good work and smiles on your faces!

A visit in 3/16/22. Cold rainy night and your staff tried to seat us right by the air conditioning vent. We asked for another table and were seated at a table with a broom and dustpan by the tables corner. Waitress asked if we wanted anything to drink. We ordered 3 Sweet teas. It took her 16 minutes to return with the sweet tea. We had to track her down for straws. I ordered the bacon cheese burger. I took advantage of getting the wings for 5.00 as an appetizer. The appetizer was delivered with the dinner. We had a great view of the kitchen and dish washing machine. Very nice wet dirty floors was in sight from our table. All sorts of paper on the floor by dish machine. The dining room was pretty much empty. When the dinners were delivered along with the appetizer, the server walked away. We had to track her down to ask for A1 Sauce. 17 minutes later, she brought two one oz souffle cups with A!1 Sauce. Are you that cheap that the customer cannot have a bottle to to pour our own sauce. The other employees were sitting at the bar playing with Thier phones. My question is, where was the manager? Hiding in the office? This location is a joke!

Pay husband and I love going to Applebee's Because we feel like we are treated well by the staff there. We love the food. Our special treat is the "two meals for one pri e. We are always looking for the Applebee's sign when we travel and pull in to eat. Try it I know you will experience the same thing we did. We recommend Applebee's to everyone.

We haven't eaten there in many years. The restaurant wasn't crowded, only 4 tables of customers. The waitress got our food order wrong, (she told us she put it in wrong & hoped that we were okay with it, but didn't offer anything to compensate for it. Then my husband's ribs were served cold. My food was good though. We were over charged on our bill. We ordered the 2 for $22 (not extra food) but our bill was $45. My husband just paid it without complaining, but we were both disappointed with the experience & probably won't go back.

I must have visited on a bad day. The service was bad and all of the food was subpar. Applebee’s is usually one of my favorite restaurants. I can never go wrong with the fettuccine Alfredo, but this time? It was a big disappointment. A HUGE disappointment to say the least. I took my family, a party of six, to this restaurant and I was quite embarrassed. A total waste of money. I will not visit Applebee’s in the future and I would not recommend this particular location at all.
