Strawberry milkshake was amazing! Onion rings were great. Hot ham and cheese sandwich was reduced to maybe a sandwich you would get at an elementary school cafeteria. But they are not the only ones who have cut back. I suggest if you order this sandwich get the large.

Very fast. It was only my second time eating at a Hardee's. So far I'm not impressed with the chain. I tried the hamburger this time. Not a lot of beef. The bread was super toasted on the inside. Not sure if it is Hardee's itself or just this particular location.

My chicken biscuit was hard and rubbery on the inside. This was a clear indication of the chicken not being cooked thoroughly. When I called, I was told that I had to be FURTHER inconvenienced by bringing the raw chicken biscuit back up there if I wanted a refund of any sort. There was no option of trashing the bad biscuit and getting one in the future when it’s convenient for me since they’ve ALREADY inconvenienced me. There was also no apology offered from the manager that I spoke with. That’s definitely not how you keep loyal customers. After my refund, I’ll never revisit this establishment.

Compared to other Hardee's and most other fast food places in the area, wow. Super friendly/polite staff, clean well maintained, food was almost ad quality in appearance, carefully packaged, and nothing unexpected in taste.

You know, I never realized they could lettuce wrap a sandwich, but they do and my mushroom and swiss was never better! Thanks to give those people cutting carbs this option, keep it up!

As you'll read in other reviews this Hardee's does some things well and leave others to be desired. They have a slow drive-thru, hit or miss customer service, but fresh and hot food. Come here for the 🍔 burgers, 🍟 fries, 🍳🥞 breakfast, and they have the best 🐔 chicken tenders. They also have a ♿ handicap accessible 🚻 restroom, parking, and seating.

No charge to my condiments and they even gave me extra Buffalo Sauce. A complimentary apple pie for my wait too. The cashier started cleaning the lobby when it got slow and updated me on my order status. Friendly and clean and better than other Hardee's I been to. Will visit again.
Second visit today and service was better and delivery was much faster. Clean lobby again. Keep up the good work!
