Furthermore they all seem to have a attitude or don’t want to work. You even see some of them changing clothes ready to leave instead of working

I love Dunkin Donuts. I have visited this store on multiple occasions and kept thinking each visit would be better but I keep getting the same result. The employees are very rude and act like I'm bothering them. I love dunkin but, I'll never go back to this location

If you offer something for $3, and you charge me $4.50 and I question it, your response shouldn’t be “well, I don’t know about that” or “the salted caramel is $3. You got the regular caramel:”. Your response should be “oh - you wanted the salted caramel? Let me fix that for you.” Nobody cares about anything here, let alone good customer service.

This was the 2nd time in the past month that we have brought a dozen donuts at this store and every donut in the box was stale and awful! Hardly any cream in the middle of the cream-filled selections. We will not be going to the Peters Creek store ever again!!

Coffee is always made perfectly but they tend to microwave bagels even if you ask for it to not be toasted. Bagels should never be microwaved since this makes them chewy & inedible.

THEY PUT NAPKINS IN MY BAG!!! You don't realize how often napkins are forgotten and the absence of this small biodegradable wipe really ruins a meal-on-the-go! Great customer service, fast drive-thru and the Avocado toast featured here is not too shabby. Very friendly people work here so they still get 5-Stars because they at least remembered the napkins. And they leave more than one napkin.

They have several flavors of donuts that Krisy Kreme doesn't have anymore so I decided 2 try a dozen + a milkshake the other day. Donuts weren't fresh so they were dry & starting to get hard + they were out of so many options. Of course the ice cream was delicious & u didn't have 2 wait 30mins 2 drink ur milkshake YaY! I'd definitely come here 4 ice cream but Krispy Kreme donuts r most definitely better!

The coffees are always good. Donuts are not always fresh. The employees always seem to have a bad attitude. I only give it three stars because I like the big portion of coffee for a low price. If they were priced like Starbucks, I'd never go there. Guess you get what you pay for. Dunkin Donuts needs to step up their game when it comes to teaching employees how to interact.
