We got the 2 for $10 meals so, very cheap for 2 people and the food was prepared the way we asked(special ordered) and was very good. We ordered and ate inside. We were the only ones in line and had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come take our order even though we were seen by staff but never acknowledged or greeted with a simple hey someone will be with you shortly. That to me is rude. Their drive thru was busy and I understand staff was busy for that reason, I completely understand that. I don't understand why staff didn't at least acknowledge us standing after multiple times of looking at us.

Simple request no cheese. I come home cheese melted on both of my burgers. Looks disgusting and did not follow SIMPLE request. Lost $5 (probably charged for the cheese I didn't order as well). Thanks for wasting my hard earned money that I can't afford to throw away.

I am a paying customer. After purchasing my meal, one of the staff members asked how much the sandwich cost. The Cashier (R) stated $6.62. Then the other crew members were saying how high the IMPOSSIBLE BURGER Was and he will not be back., Well, I will not be back at any BURGER KING due to the rudeness of the crew. I do not care how much the sandwich was, but it is my money and my choice. SO, you can kiss this customer great bye. I am done with Burger King.

This Burger King location does a few things right. One of the more interesting drive-thru setups I've ever seen. A decent 🍔 burger, 🐔 chicken sandwich, chicken fries, french 🍟 fries, and interesting sides. They also do 🥞🍳 breakfast okay. The customer service and the quality are lacking. Be prepared to check your order before leaving. They do have ♿ handicap accessible parking nearby and a 🚻 restroom.

They were very polite but I had to drive back to the peters creek location near walmart because they got my order wrong. I walked in and they corrected the order but the manager did not look concerned. They were acting really strange. I will not be going back.

I use to always get everything I ordered and never had any problems at this Burger King. But lately the people are rude and give me the wrong food!

Not a good experience at all. The location was not busy and they did not seem to have a care about friendliness or order quality. The food we received was not in the way we ordered and we could tell corners were cut to save costs for the store in another item ordered. This is one of many other bad experiences from this location and I will not return. I would avoid this Burger King.

Waited at the drive through for 5 minutes. No one answered. I assumed they were closed. I tried to pull through and there were 2 cars waiting. The way the drive through is set up, I couldn't go through them. I waited a total of 15 minutes, no food
