Wendy's

This is the second time I've been to this Wendy's, and everything is fine except for the bacon(for reference I had the bourbon bacon burger). I don't know how half a stripe of bacon is acceptable when your charging sit down prices, for a fast food place. I expected more for ten dollars, but I guess Wendy's doesn't actually care about real food and real people. I hate when business cut corners and raise prices. Edit: I went back to this wendy to try it again. I ordered 20 chicken nuggets, 4 of those nuggets were stuck together, under cooked. I don't know what's going on with this Wendy's, but there gonna make someone sick, serving raw dough. I won't be back.

Fast food restaurants service have been going down for awhile, this was one of them. I had stopped coming because of that. Today I decided to give it another shot since they renovated the entire restaurant. It is definitely more modern and appealing. To my surprise the customer service was also a lot better. Staff was friendlier and quicker than my last few encounters. The food was hot and fresh. The Big Bacon Classic was not a disappointment. It comes in single, double or triple. The double was filling enough. The drink machine has numerous choices and I love that they have lots of DIET choices and not just one plain Diet Coke. I hope they keep up the friendly and efficient work because no matter how good the food is, that could be a big deterrent for customers.

If I could leave a review under one star I would!!!! I’m from out of town I visited this Wendy’s for a fast stop for just two meals, the lady at the window asked me what drinks I would like with my meals I told her to give me one second she raised her voice at me and then when I got to the window told us that she wouldnt take “our money” whatever “our money means” then they took the money and acted like they didn’t have the order or couldn’t give change it came up to $17 the change would have been 3. And rounding up whatever the change is, I don’t care where you work but if your going to work at any place you have to be about customer service, the rudeness of her was ridiculous this was @ around 5 on 2/6/21 I will never go back there and I will also be contacting corporate
