Wendy's

This Wendy’s is the WORST one we have ever been to. I have ordered the Avocado Southwest salad 3 times. Twice, no avocado. Tonight, my husband asked if there would be avocado on the salad tonight, they said yes. We ordered 2. One had avocado and one did not. What tops that is that when I transferred my salad to a bowl from home, I discovered the salad was slimy and brown. I had to pick out all the salad pieces and add my own lettuce. I called, just before I wrote this review and after I finished (nicely) his response was to hang up on me. Way to seal the deal, sir!

When this place first opened up it was great! Always packed. Over the years it has went to trash! It stinks like mold in the restaurant. It takes 30 min in the drive through. I have smelled pot through the drive through window. We used to hold our spirit nights here and was always a great turn out. We don’t even do that anymore because no one would come. They have went from A+ to F-

The food was what you expect for fast food but I’m writing because the nice man at the intake window of this Wendy’s on Friday the 22nd at 1:55 pm was the kindest man I have experienced in a drive through. I was having a not so great day and his few kind words help turn my mood around. I do not know this man’s name but I greatly appreciate the effort he put into making my experience at this establishment one I will remember.

Iltoday I used the Wendy’s app service to order my food so my wife could just swing by and pick it up. Upon her arrival roughly 30 minutes after I had submitted my order the worker at the drive through had informed her that not only was my order not even made yet but also had the nerve to make the comment that “ it just wasn’t a good time to do it” and not only was that a rude comment for a place that’s suppose to be “ fast food” but also my order wasn’t even correct as I was missing a sandwich that was with my order. All I got to say is there’s a McDonald’s right next door and that’s where I’ll be taking my business from now on.

Rude! We stopped in on Saturday, June 18th, 2022 at 1:15pm. There is a sign in the parking lot saying the dining room was open. As soon as we went in, an older lady employee came from the back and said HOW DO YOU PEOPLE GETTING IN HERE! DINING ROOM IS CLOSED! GET OUT AND GO THROUGH THR DRIVE THRU IF YOU WANT SERVICE! Then she opened and shut the door to make sure it locked. We and two other couples (who were already in line at the counter) left and went elsewhere.

There’s a reason they have such a terrible reputation in our community. Service is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. Tonight I ordered a southwest avocado salad, there was no avocado on it so they tell me they were out. Also forgot bacon on the salad so they gave me a side of it. Ordered an ice water and they told me THEY WERE OUT OF ICE. I know there’s supply shortages but… really? Doesn’t sound right. It gets better. My husband ordered a baconator, and they forgot the bacon. On a baconator. You can’t even make it up. The young kid from behind the counter (who was making the food) then comes around and points to me and says “I gave her a whole thing of bacon”……. Apparently they want you to put together your own burger. Regardless, we’ll never return. I can only hope they go out of business eventually and we get a Chick-fil-A in that location.
