When I walked in, the restaurant was completely empty so the cashier was sitting down eating lunch. She greeted me the second I walked in and moved to come and take my order. I opted to use the kiosk. My food was ready really quickly, it was hot, fresh and tasted good. Customer service was great. The restaurant was nice and clean. I'll definitely go back and I will also recommend it.

Inside the store is closed which I understand people are short staffed. They had NO ONE in the drive through to serve so I walk to the drive through window and they would let me order because I wasn’t in a vehicle even after I explained it wouldn’t fit he wouldn’t take my order. Not to mention the place is Nasty looking

Drive through was backed up. I did a mobile order when I arrived. I was still in line. It has been 40 minutes. The manager stated that her priority was drive retouch and put the people in the lobby on back order. Corporate need to do something about this type of service. I do not recommend this location. Reynolda or the University location.

It was not very good at all they ran out of food before twelve clock didn't not have any soft tacos and it took them 40minutes to even give us our food..

A vegetarian getting meat in their vegetarian burrito.. very upsetting.

Store cleanliness - not the worst, not the best
4000 packs of sauce with a 4 item order. .. a waste.
Care to properly assemble a taco or burrito? None. Wrapped up slop. In taco bells defense, it is hard to tell the difference from what they call meat compared to the refried beans.

everytime i go here, they get my order wrong. not only that, but everytime i order, i ask for sauce and they never give me any.

If I could I will give them a zero stars but obviously I can’t I ordered a burrito and it was made wrong and then when I asked to get it remade the customer service is very nasty to me also inside of my burrito I found a piece of plastic this is a very hazardous to my eating I’m very disappointed and unsatisfied Taco Bell Do Better

Yeah Taco Bell on Akron be ashamed of y'all selves selling some sagging taco shells look like y'all just slapped it together like as soon as I pulled off and tried to eat a taco it was soggy
