McDonald’s do better! There was one female employee in east Winston near midnight!Taking orders and cooking! This is not safe! On top of that, she stopped taking orders at 11:30 pm but didn’t let the 7 cars waiting at the speaker box know! I waited Patiently behind the car at the speaker for 30 minutes until all the lights cut off? The person drove forward and yelled at the lady who worked there. Letting her know she had 7 cars in line waiting and if she wasn’t taking anymore orders , she could have just told us! She yelled back, I’m the only one in here and slammed the window. No food for any of us! McDonald’s, do better. . .

Nice looking McDonald’s, but quite possibly and slowest you can find. They really take the fast out of fast food. The restaurant was very nice. It was clean, airy and updated. In fact, it felt quite new. The service, however, was abysmal. I went in for coffee and waited 10 minutes after paying. I know what you’re thinking, but nope, the coffee was already made, just sitting there waiting to be poured. The amusing part is that I’m the restaurant wasn’t even busy —you can see in the photos it was empty. The staff were friendly enough, though the area couldn’t have been more sketchy. I went inside and was skeptical on leaving my car outside —and it’s not a fancy car. I think you get the idea. Typical McDonald’s prices, and food. The experience was just terrible, and certainly would go back or recommend. Just don’t do it too yourself.

This place was hopping! It looked like one lady (long hair) was controlling drive thru window and taking orders at the same time. She was under hella pressure but delivered our order correctly and efficiently in a pleasant manner,I give props to this young lady she was stellar when everything was against her! She earned her establishment a 5 star rating when it should have been a solid 3-4.

I ordered through the McDonald's app but the people that work at this location took the McDonald's app parking spot signs down so that they wouldn't have to walk outside. Very lazy and unprofessional, my food was cold by the time I got it because they didn't respond to orders off of the McDonald's app.
