Service at the beginning was quick and awesome. But for the entrees took forever to get to the table. Food was ok. Nothing to brag about. Strange flavors in the orange chicken, honey chicken, Crab wontons, egg rolls and apple crunch. Only thing excellent was the hot and sour soup. Very disappointed. Had received a gift card for Christmas so my wife and I went for our anniversary. We will not be back.

I ordered my lunch online for pickup and when I arrived I waited patiently for my food to come and when it did the lady, I assume was the manager, said they had to remake it because I didn't specify if I wanted sauce on my crispy honey chicken. I told her yes I wanted sauce on it and an extra cup on the side. Well she went back for them to fix it. To my surprise I opened my bag as I also ordered a spring roll and it was black and soft from grease. I'm not sure what happened but I am disappointed.

My husband and I came in for a late lunch. There weren’t a lot of people in the restaurant, and we were seated immediately by the friendly hostess staff. Our waitress greeted us immediately and introduced herself as Mary Catherine! She was amazing and helpful. She was careful to make sure that my meal was gluten free and safe. She took excellent care of us, and the food was yummy! It was a wonderful experience! I highly recommended the Winston-Salem, NC location, and ask to be seated in Mary Catherine’s section, she will take excellent care of you!!!

Had dinner with my family at this location. I usually eat at the Greensboro location but I had an awesome time here. Mary Catherine was only 3 days out of training and she was amazing! Kirk, the manager also came over and introduced himself as well. Great job team. Thank you for making my dinner an awesome experience.

Stopped off for lunch with family (3 total including me) for wife's birthday on our way back from Asheville. Wasn't busy at all, so we ordered our food, got our drinks like normal, and waited.... and waited.... and waited.... 2 large parties (6-10 each) and a few couples were able to be seated, order, receive, and be midway through their meal before we decided to leave. Our waitress had come by a few times and said "it's on the way". She refilled my wife and daughter's waters, which I was thankful for, but ignored mine completely. I finally tracked down our waitress and told her to just charge me for the lemonades my wife and daughter drank (not going to get me with "dine and dash") and we would be on our way. She said "some of the food is ready" after waiting for over and hour. We ordered a salad, kids chicken, and sesame chicken plate. Nothing fancy or large quantities. Only stopped in since we were traveling. Will be avoiding Winston-Salem for an abundance of reasons, not just this one.

Today we had lunch at PF Chang’s restaurant in Winston Salem and we were really impressed! The food was extremely delicious and they have added some exciting new items to the menu! The new miso butter lobster dumplings are a must try as they were simply incredible! Our server Paul did an amazing job taking care of us! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
