Chicken tenders were undercooked, found a hair in the fixings. Staff really loud carrying on with their personal life conversations. Overstaffed everyone running into each other. Housekeeping not up to par. Frying oil really old, chicken served dark brown, biscuits served dark brown. Eugene the only fellow that seemed to be doing his job.

This poor place. I waited 20 minutes for an 8 pc box of chicken. Get handed a bag that looks like my order drive home it wasn't. Went back they had to cook it fresh again which meant another 15 minutes! I know they e been having a rough time with getting enough people to work even, but man. I take full responsibility tho for not checking the bag and each box in it before I left the first time. I know it's hard guys but come on- you can do it! Hey back to a higher standard of service true to your name.

They are very short staffed. When you pulled up to order the cashier tells you exactly what kind of chicken she has and which sides. They open from 7 am - 7 pm due to limited staff. Whoever owns this property should step in and help. Had breakfast today 10/28/21. More staff working. Everyone very friendly.

Bojangles closed for multiple health code violations. The Bojangles will remain closed until the health department determines that all of the violations have been corrected. The closure document states the restaurant couldn’t keep food at the proper temperature because a door was missing near the area where the food was prepared. A sink for employees to wash their hands was reportedly not maintained properly. The Bojangles was also cited for having unsanitary equipment, utensils and linens and for violating water, plumbing and waste guidelines. Inspector Nora Sykes inspected the restaurant on May 16 and listed violations that the Bojangles would need to fix. The report says most of the dishes checked had flour residue on them, including sheet pans, drink nozzles, stainless pains buckets and squeeze bottles. Workers had to throw away a pan of chicken at the drive-thru pack station, eggs that were kept as a liquid at the grill, bacon and country ham that was kept in drawers under the grill and fries that were not properly labeled, The Bojangles was ordered to contact pest control for flies. A box of Bo-tato rounds was on the floor next to the stand-up freezer, and an employee was not wearing a hair restraint and another had a long unrestrained ponytail, according to the inspection report. Utensils used for dispensing food were being stored in “unclean” spaces, inspectors say. A bag of clean linen was also found stored on the raw chicken breading station. The report also states that cleaning was needed on toilets and urinals.

PRO TIP: DO NOT GO HERE. I would give zero stars if I could. I sat at the window for over 10 minutes for a Doordash order that should have been ready actually 10 minutes prior and was not ONCE simply acknowledged even after waving and beeping the horn after sitting there awhile. Meanwhile, I was watching a couple staff members walking around and a lady with long dark hair nodding off obviously quite likely under the influence of narcotics as she SLOWLY made half gallons of tea. I yelled goodbye and thank you as I cancelled the order and that got her attention HARDLY. Then she just turned right back away with that glazed look in her eyes. I will NEVER be back. Dear manager/owner: PLEASE drug test your employees and teach them customer service skills. It’s not that hard.

Are you serious? The time is 8:55pm go to the drive thru, no response. Ask several times are you open because the time is 10pm on Google- could be wrong, but tell us that. Went to the door locked, as they were waiting on other customers, I asked if they were closed. The young lady stated yes because they have nothing else to sell. How is that possible on a Friday night? Just asking. Sounds like management issues.
