Domino's Pizza

We ordered carside pickup and the order was ready, hot and fresh, and delicious. When we got home one pizza was wrong so I called them. The person that answered the phone, Clarissa, said she would remake our pizza and offered free cinnamon twists with apple dip. I was very surprised! It looks delicious! I found out half of the mistake was our fault and told her so, she said it was fine and not to worry. Her attitude was fantastic! She was professional and friendly! Everything was yummy!

I have ordered from quite a few Domino's Pizza over the years and I usually get the same thing and that is double/extra mushroom on top of a cheese pizza. Tonight, ordered the usual but when I went back to get what I ordered (the double/extra mushroom), I was told this was "double/extra mushroom". It's disappointing since this is my money I am spending. Also I have never had a complaint against a domino's pizza until now. Pizza was still good, just an fyi to not waste your money on extra toppings when they're not going to provide.

I’m not sure what’s going on with this location but there has definitely been a change in staff over the last couple of months. When we moved here in February, this location was the absolute best. The food was always fresh and hot and made perfectly every single time. It was also very fast delivery and on time. We ordered from this location consistently with no issues. However, lately the service has been absolutely terrible. The food isn’t made correctly and doesn’t taste as fresh and it takes FOREVER for your order to be completed. It’s taking over TWO HOURS for them to even START on your order. Definitely won’t be using this location again.

Run away from this place!!!! The ordering system has screwed up our orders on repeated occasions and when I finally reach the outlet they STILL get the order wrong... young punk working the register didn't offer to fix my order and simply walked away... must be too busy screwing up other orders. Expect this outlet to be out of business REAL soon...

Order curbside pickup at own risk. I spent 40 minutes near the facility with the idea that the quoted time was correct. When I stepped inside to see if something was wrong after seeing my order was still in the “prep” stage, I see my name on their order board with 90minutes next to it. I had to cancel the order. I’ve never seen a pizza order take 3 hours to fulfill, and today wasn’t going to be that day.

Very very disappointed with this last most likely ever experience this evening. 54$ order and only one of three of my pizzas had crust that wasn't burnt so bad it disintegrates. Best thing I got tonight was those cinnamon twist. Waited over an hour and 15 minutes 40 minutes after my pizza got out of the oven . Honestly would request my money back after this if you ever want me to spend another penny ever again
