This particular Dunks has gone downhill over the last year with the new staff. I'm hoping they dog themselves out of this hole. I absolutely LOVE Dunks coffee (I don't like their donuts though!) but the employees at this particular one serve old, burnt coffee & get mad when you bring it back in & ask them to remake it. This goes for hot coffee or iced.

I think I've sampled almost everything on their breakfast menu. The food has been excellent every time. Fresh, healthy, expertly seasoned. Coffee is great as well, which makes a big difference to me.
