Hardee's

Wish I could give this place 7 stars. The skid marks on the side of the building were an excellent feature. I knew this place was popular when I saw paper cups, sanitary napkins and wet wipes pouring out from in trash cans. The atmosphere was great: employees welcomed me at the register (which for an old geezer like myself, was appreciated). My order came out room temperature, just the way I like it. I really enjoyed the soda machine as well! I was able to customize my own soda. It was a really nice hole-in-the-wall joint that I will be recommending to my nephew when we are back in town.

I don’t know how this location is still open. The owner should really get it together from the looks of these reviews, I’m not alone in my opinion. This fast food spot is absolutely THE SLOWEST place in the city, by far. Additionally, the customer service is the absolute WORST. The people who work there are VERY RUDE. I’ve worked my fair share of fast food in my lifetime and I would NEVER behave that way. I have hesitated for about 5 years to leave this review but after yet another pee poor experience, I decided to speak my peace. On top of the bad service, the food is consistently way off. I grew up on Hardee’s. There’s only two left in the city. I think this location is betting on the organic traffic but if they continue at this pace, in the ear of covid, I fully trust and believe that they will lose and be forced to close. I would love to see them turn this around. I would like to see them care more, make the necessary improvements and continue to make it indefinitely. Until then…. I would not recommend this place, at all.

After my husband was admitted to Wake Forest Hospital with acute myeloid Lukemuia after a week at the hospital the one thing that he asked for after seeing the giant Hardee’s sign from his hospital window was a biscuit and gravy from the Hardee’s.. I gladly obliged. Upon arriving I waited for the speaker so I could order. No one came on after about 1 min or 2 I ask “hello”.. I get a rudely “HOLD PLEASE” then after 2 to 3 mins I get “ORDER” I proceeded to order then pulled up to the window with my food basically being shoved out the window.. I told the subject to have a good day as he walked away.. I think any business would be thrilled to have the location this Hardee’s has outside of Wake forest hospital, but with service like this.. I wouldn’t blame anyone for not going there.. Now, getting to the food.. the gravy was cold, the biscuit was crumbled and the coke was flat.. thanks Hardee’s for this horrible experience. I wish I could give you a 0 stars

Me and my 11yr daughter went through the drive thru , I ordered the Monster burger and my daughter ordered the Frisco burger. We took them home to eat but both of our burgers were burnt and the inside was raw. These kids working there need to learn how to cook . We ate around the burnt and just threw them in the trash. I have loved eating Hardee's food for most of my life and I'm 61 , but next time we are going to try Cook Out . I love the flame broiled burgers Hardee's has , but I hope this problem gets fixed .

Stopped for lunch and placed orders with my coworker. We pay for our orders and drive around to park. We open the wrapping and the sandwiches were on white bread! They took the orders and fixed the sandwiches and never mentioned that the toaster wasn't working 🙄! Really... The employee that took the orders was rude and unprofessional. Won't be visiting there again.
