Blind trust report: 4 out of five star service. Friendly service, Food was correct, open kitchen floor plan, and clean parking lot.
In my opinion all restaurants receive 3 stars at start in the blind trust report. How well can you blindly trust your restaurant?

3/6/2022. 5:15 pm. Store manager treated a female customer rudely. Customer was not satisfied and said the chicken in the bucket was burned and requested a refund before she left the counter. The manager kept making the customer wait for over 15 minutes while she waited on other customers. Customer got mad and loudly requested her money back several times since the cashier had already thrown away the chicken. The manager still made the customer wait until a verbal altercation ensued between the customer and the manager. Customer left the store and brought her husband back in. Eventually the matter was solved. The manager put customers, staff, and herself at the risk of physical harm by PURPOSELY making the customer wait and then verbally berating her. The manager should have issued a refund as soon as the customer said she was not satisfied with how the chicken looked. The customer was just as important as the other customers the manager kept purposely waiting on although the customer requesting the refund was there first. Poor management. I will not eat here again.
It doesn't appear that the KFC Customer Service Dept. is doing anything about the customer service and food quality at this location but post canned responses to the negative reviews. #1 complaint: poor service and rudeness, including from the manager on duty. #2 complaint: Poor food quality. #3 complaint: Rudeness from the manager on duty after being informed of poor customer service, poor food quality, and missing order items.

I can’t stand when I order my family dinner and ask for a half gallon of sweet tea and get home and have unsweetened tea. Nothing messes up dinner more than only having sweet tea to drink. People want to get paid good money but can’t do a simple task. I’m all for everyone making a great wage. But you got to earn it!!!! Stop being lazy

We got an 8 piece bucket last night. The chicken was over salted and all of the chicken was raw inside. I generally don’t complain, but this was the second time in a row that we’ve been disappointed.

Employees at this location are the rudest I’ve ever seen in any eating establishment. I ordered two Pot pies at the drive-through and they only heard one when I got to the window and told them that I wanted 2 they told me to go back to the end of the line order instead of just adding it to my order I will never eat at this location again. Why would they spend so much to rebuild this store then hire the rudest crew they could find to run such a nice new store?

Called the phone number to order chicken and got an answering machine which requested me to enter a code...! So ...
I went to the website which is slow, jerky, non-intuitive and unpredictable. After 10 minutes or so, I finally finished my selections, couldn't schedule my order. Once I figured out a backdoor way to do that, it came time to enter a payment method. It kept declining my card which I know is good and works. So....
I now called the "help" line.... LOL
A very impersonal and distant woman listened to my problem and commented how "sorry" she was and how "angry" she would be if she were me.... F.O.S...!
Then she said that she would, "report my problem". She then said, "is there anything else I can help you with"?
As if she'd solved my problem...Duh
I informed her that I still couldn't order my chicken and that I'd be using Bojangles. Oddly, she replied, "OK, have a nice day."
So, there's my story. I hope we all use Bojangles and avoid the indifferent and mindless annoyance of dealing with KFC.

So the store manager replied to my complaint with more indifference. He was "sorry" that I had a bad experience and thanked me for letting him know.
He neither told me what he would do to correct the problems, nor did he offer any restitution, just a pat response releasing him from any responsibility for action.
I hope corporate KFC is reading this stuff.

This fast food restaurant is n the large Parkway Plaza parking lot near the entrance w/a stop light on Silas Creek Pkwy. No outside tables but u can dine inside, get takeout, or order n the drive thru. They have a public restroom. This location is always clean & the employees r friendly. They get ur food ready quickly & rarely mess up an order. The price of "cheap" fast food has gone up so much that it's ridiculous & just not worth it @ most places but that's usually not the case 4 KFC. Actually I happen 2 prefer this location over other local KFC branches. The food is hot, the chicken is juicy, the fries r crispy, the biscuits r soft & they have a tasty flavor of Mt Dew (Lightning) that can b found nowhere else. If u r n the area & u like fried chicken & don't want a bunch of healthy veggies 2 go w/it....especially if u r short on time then swing by & get ur grub on!

Woman at drive thru was very friendly and prompt. The food was really good. They have a high score. Grade A. I will return again.
