Burger King

My food was prepared perfectly and tasted delicious. Drive thru was very slow due to a staff shortage like everywhere else, I'm assuming. It would be much more convenient for everyone if the store could/would update the status for their location to say "drive thru only" on the BK app..... just a thought

I placed a mobile order for dine in when I arrived the dining room was closed. No problem I will eat in car,but they said they did not have my order and told me to park so I did and after I parked and waited about 30 minutes. I called them and was told I needed to go through drive through line so after about 6 cars in front of me I get to window and they said I have to complete my order and had me pull up to wait again when my order came out the back door the girl said I gave you a free pie for your wai.what a joke of a burger King don't go here if don't have to .

Rough 6 different employees walked by from behind the counter and no one even looked at me standing there after one a minute and all 6 just ignoring me. Finally the people who was actually working the counter came back in from outside. (Don't know where it was all this time) fortunately I was just looking for some ketchup from where I had just gone through the drive through

Great service, big help with suggestions about trying the impossible Whopper!! So my friend and I did the taste test. Shoot out to T-Mobile Tuesday!! We took the free Whopper they have us and she got a regular one and I got the impossible. Well, I will say, the commercials were incorrect. There is a taste difference and a slight difference in the smell. Honestly, though the employees were wonderful with their honest description which ultimately helped us decide to try it, so thank you! We did like it very much!!! Will definitely recommend to others!!!

This peterscreek location we pulled up at night in drive thru. A car was infront of us. We sat over 20 mins waiting. The car pulled off as we finally heard a guy announce they were short staffed. 3 people were inside at that time talking at front counter to each other. We pull up to speaker and a guy runs out to a car that works there. Goes back in running laughing playing around then runs back infront of us to car and gets in passenger seat and leaves while 4 people are still sitting in drive thru waiting to order. Guy inside says on speaker when we pull up, its going to be a long wait we counting money and short staffed. We wait another 30 mins. Lol finally he takes our order. We ask for our double whoppers to be cut in half. We get laughed at and guy in rear said something about the drive thru guys request he told them we had made. Spent about 40 that night. Food was good, hot and prepared great. Service time was horrible. Staff was horseplaying and unprofessional. Cook was good but smart mouthed and rude. Lol hope he didnt spit on the food. Anyway...atleast this time they wernt out of burger meat. Lol last time thats what they said. How the heck does Burger King sale out of burgers? Lol

I love the new renovations and updated store at this Burger King. Excellent 🍔 burgers, 🍟 fries, 🍗 chicken sandwich, chicken fries, 🥗 salads, and also a fairly tasty 🥞🍳 breakfast. They make it easy to check out the menu online or on your phone and the wait times aren't too bad either. inside they also have ♿ handicap accessible seating, 🚻 restrooms, and parking right out front. Customer service can be hit or miss.
