Domino's Pizza

TORRIS has an Absolutely disgusting attitude ! He was very rude and unaccomdatting when I asked could they remake my small order because I left my wallet at home by accident ! it would take me 15 minutes to get there and back I am a Loyal dominos customer ! and to think a million dollar company could not remake a medium pizza and bread sticks ! And he lied about a number to file a complaint! It was 10 pm at night and my kids will now have to settle for McDonald's! I am infruiated !

A total disaster with my order give me the wrong order, supposedly they were going to redo my entire order and delivered 10 to 15 minutes, an 1 hour later I call because I haven't gotten my order and the person on the phone doesn't say anything I was like hello until the 3th hello he decided to talk to me and say the my order is just getting out for delivery to wait 15 to 20 more minutes, and plus in a middle of the pandemic they ask me to return the food from the wrong order back to the delivery guy who does that, no apology or nothing it's just me or someone else had issues with them.

This Domino's is suffering the way a lot of businesses are these days. The employees couldn't care less. The management, specifically David, is very prompt about making things right by the customer. The people that handle the phone calls are an absolute joke though. I love the hours of operation especially with this store being taught in downtown. Your experience may be 'hit or miss' but generally speaking it's worth pursuing from if you like Domino's.
