Domino's Pizza

Arrived for pizza told black guy my name. He looked at the orders and came back and told me it wasn’t ready. My app tracker said it was ready and it was on the screen when I walked in the door as being ready. Another guy came in and told the black guy his name and he gave home his pizza. Five more minutes pass by, I asked is my pizza ready. The guy went over to the same location he checked before and located my pizza that had been sitting there the entire time. Took pizza home and opened it and had to throw the entire pizza away after contacting management. The pizza was soggy in the middle and stuck to the box. Couldn’t even remove pizza without tearing it. Worst dominos ever. Bad customer service, workers act as if they are on drugs or alcohol.

Called summit square Blvd location in Winston Salem NC 27105 because I was credited 5 dollars for forgotten items and incorrect order. I called three times 1st answer with no greeting heard conversation between coleges about some guy they like and was put on hold 2 nd time was put on hold for 13 minutes; 3 rd time young lady was extremely rude as if I was bothering her time. I had mentioned the reason I'm reaching the store directly after waiting 20 minutes on three separate calls. Is because I can only use this credit with the store that was said to be given to me April 15 the night shift, and not online or on the phone with call center I was not honored what so ever even after being a very frequent customer to this location. She vented her frustration with smacking lips and condescending tone saying "we ain't got it in our system so I'm not giving it to you". Might I suggest evaluating customer service integrity before throwing people who have no social class into a MANAGMENT postion.

I'm a huge fan of Domino's Pizza. They have totally updated and upfitted their menu with tons of specialty 🍕 pizzas. If you like meat they have one with all the 🍖🥓 meats. If you're a fan of veggies, they have one with all the 🫑🧄🍄 veggies. are you a fan of something a little bit different? Like a 🍍Hawaiian pizza or buffalo 🔥🐔 chicken? They have you covered. It makes it super easy to order on the app and earn rewards like free pizza. This is not a dine-in establishment and is only for to go orders.

Paid $45 for 2 pizzas, they arrived 2 hours later and were soggy and ice cold. Tried to call the store 3 times. Was finally able to talk to a woman on the phone and she was rude and belligerent and hung up on me. Don’t buy here! Their customer support is horrible and they’re not ashamed to give you horrible products.

Food is good and the place looks clean. The only reason why I am giving them 4 stars is because every time I order curbside, I have to come out and get the pizza. Apparently they never hear the buzzer or pretend they didn't hear it to avoid coming out. I don't mind getting out, but if you are not going to provide the service, Don't make it available.
