Waiting so long to get food each time and you finally get food but can’t get through the lanes to leave! Josiah is a nice young man with a smile on his face and he is always working getting the food out. He definitely should be promoted to manager and running things!! He has a bright career anywhere he goes!

I got a 2 hot dog special asked for no salt fries. Got extra seasoning fries. Went a second time bought two shakes one peanut butter and one chocolate. I got 2 butterfinger shakes. Paid for a larges but got smalls. Tried to call but got a run around. The food and service was horrible. The order takers were rude. Food runners careless about giving the right food. THE MANAGER ..ANGIE..DOES NOT CARE AT ALL. I WILL NOT GO BACK. OR RECOMMEND EVER AGAIN!!

Dario is one of our family’s favorite places! We visit almost all of the locations in the Triad regularly. However, this location (which is our closest location) consistently fails in the drive thru. Several times recently, we have had to beg for them to continue giving us our food. Every time they hand something through the window, they act as though it’s everything ordered. Then we have to sit there and tell them all the things that are missing. I wish this was an isolated incident, but once again, we made it home without over $10 in food. The management knows that the workers are struggling because they had to walk over to them several times to correct them. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, especially for one of our favorite locations, but I’m hoping that management will take note and implement the procedures that at one time gave Dario a reputation for great service along with their great food!

I love their hot dog meal deal. They have awesome slaw. In fact prior to accidentally ordering their hot dog not knowing they put slaw on them when I first moved here, I hated slaw. Being adventurous I decided to try it and fell in love with it. I still don't like slaw from many places but would never pass up on slaw from Dairio or Cookout on the BBQ.
