Gf Eats

Heaven in a cafe for coeliacs who are after typical gluten containing food, EXCEPT it's all gluten free. MENU OPTIONS: Broad array of burgers, pies, sandwiches, salads, schnitzel/fish and chips. Cakes, slices, donuts, fudgie cookie things, with varied filings (mint, fairy bread, chocolate, vanilla etc) Coffees, milkshakes, juices, tea etc STAFF: Lovely, kind and efficient. ACCESSIBILITY: Wheelchair friendly with seating outside ideal for prams or those with dogs. Unisex toilet on site. Overall: Highly recommend for those wanting hassle/worry-less gluten free food (my friends who aren't coeliac's were also happy with theirs!)

As a person with coeliac disease I was sooo keen to try this food! Purchased takeaway on Good Friday evening, of course they were incredibly busy with a 20 min wait. Then it was a good half hour before we were home and ready to eat, so totally our fault the food was somewhat cold and soggy. Not much room to dine in, but next time we will plan a picnic at nearby beach. Crumbed calamari was beautiful and tender, potato cakes and nuggets (real breast chicken) and the hamburger were all really good. But the best of all were the selection of tarts and slices! Absolutely divine! Will definitely be back to try again!

GF Eats is the most incredibly tasteful and kind mannered cafe I have ever had the pleasure of ordering from for both dine in and take away. They are always so positive and kind, so polite and their food is beyond incredible! My partner who isn't GF can't even tell the food is GF, DF, SF etc and he loves coming with me when I choose to eat from here! (Which is often haha). This is honestly my favourite cafe/restaurant and place to eat of all time. And I'm so blessed it's so local to us in the Illawarra and not another massive Sydney drive away! If you're not eating here, you're not living xx

Not a coeliac, but a family member is... the whole family had a very nice brunch/lunch here. My eggs benny burger was great (best GF bun I've ever had... meant to but forgot to ask if they're selling them 😥). Nice items in the freezer section too (had my eyes on scrolls, but it was a long way back home...). If in the area again, I'll definitely pay a visit... with an esky 😊

GF Eats is without a doubt the best gluten free cafe I have ever been to. Not only is everything absolutely delicious, Megan and the team are fabulous too. It was my mother's birthday recently (she's a coeliac) and I had planned to purchase and travel to GF Eats to collect a large, donut birthday cake for her. Due to COVID-19, I was in isolation and couldn't get there. Megan was an absolute dream and even though deliveries had been suspended due to a staff shortage she arranged for someone to deliver the cake so my mum could still celebrate her bday while in isolation. Not only did they go above and beyond to deliver the donut cake, they also provided a second mini cake without charge! Thank you so much Megan and the GF Eats team! I've always loved GF Eats, but this experience took it to a whole other level.
