Sneaky Burger

I had a cheese burger with a cheese patty, extra cheese and cheese sauce and it was AMAZING A bit expensive but overall good. The reason for the 3 stars is that they had one girl at the front bagging all the order which were coming out hot and fast, we waited 30 mins to order because the girl at the front packed all the orders before taking orders Probably hire more staff and give that girl a break. I want to cry just watching her

Ordered online on around 5:30, was sent the SMS saying could pick up on 5:45, then we came and waited for about an hour till 6:30, it's really ridiculous and disappointing. The staff just neglected you and will put all online order papers at the back and focusing on the delivery orders, even the in-store orders would also be neglected. Never seen this situation before in any restaurants. This restaurant is making worse and worse, no apology, no compensation, won't let you refund, just keeping you waiting and saying " It won't be too long" then focusing on other orders. Worst burger store ever seen!

Food is tasty, but every time I've tried to order from this place, they've completely missed a burger from the order and the chips have been cold. The owner needs to pick up his game by hiring extra staff, or at least staff who can read an order correctly. Looks like they were good 3 years ago but maybe the owner has moved onto more valuable projects and just wishes to milk this business for everything it's worth rather than supporting the staff and business?

Sad to say this place has just gone downhill and they seem not to care. Originally when they opened, the burgers were perfectly cooked and moist. Similar to an In-N-Out burger. The last couple orders have been very very slow, they blame the small workplace... Just had a takeaway burger and fries. The burger was literally burned all around the edges into a black chewy charcoal. It was as if they think this is the correct way, or they are afraid of undercooked meat. A patty this thin should have taken 1 minute to cook, it looks like it spent 15 minutes. I'll be looking for another place.. and oh, BTW, my wife's burger had a long black hair in it, and she's a blond....😭😭😟

While my partner was ordering, I was reading the reviews. I’ve had sneaky burger once before our meal yesterday, and it was ok. Almost every review that mentioned fries claimed they were cold, so I was interested to try them when my partner brought them back. I couldn’t believe it when they came cold!! He ended up taking them back to the store and they gave him some new ones (which looked like they’d literally been slapped into the box) and didn’t seem very apologetic about it. I’m not sure if the fries are being bulk cooked, and then the sauce (loaded fries) is being poured on hot to try reheat them as they’re sold, or what’s going on, but they need to pick up the chips game. Burger was yummy, oily, but nice. I think some new photos need to be taken for the website too! I couldn’t see the whole burger I was ordering, which would’ve been nice.

Legit smashed patty perfection. Coming from Melbourne where we have the likes of St Burgs, Aunt Betty and 8 bit, I was doubtful that Sneaky Burger could live up to my expectations but it actually ranks up there with them. The patties are juicy and have the delicious crisp that is vital for a good smashed patty. The maple bacon was crispy, sweet, salty and smokey, bloody delicious. Buns were soft and fluffy. Seriously cannot fault anything on the burger, it's legit. The pulled pork loaded fries, O.M.G, I'm not a huge loaded fries fan but these were so moreish 🤤. Buffalo wings were the perfect tang and spiciness. Both wings and fries were generously sauced. Even the cauliflower bites were yum! The only downfall is the location. It's quite hidden away from street view and there are no signs out front.
