Pretty good place, food is pretty good, service is ok.
But make sure to check order prior to leaving if you get takeaway.

Guzman y Gomez is one of the best fast food chains in Australia. Filling and tasty, you can't go wrong.
My daughter loves the burritos so this is one of our go to restaurants when in Wollongong.
Plenty of seating when not in covid restrictions and a fast pick up / takeaway.

If you're after authentic as it comes Mexican food in the heart of Wollongong, here you go. Top feed, fast service, generous portion sizes and super cheap to feed that rumble in your gut after a hard day's work or just looking for something fast rather than your typical fast food franchise. Can't beat Guzman y Gomez! Easy 5 🌟 good stuff guys keep it up 🤙

Ordered a pork burrito bowl with jalapenos not only did I not get the jalapenos but I didn't even get the pork..this place is worse then maccas for stuffing your order up..just a bunch of brain dead kids that don't even know what day it is

Ordered online and I accidentally messed up my order. When I arrived they were very friendly and nice, and remade the order for me even though it was my fault and not theirs. Went above and beyond very nice staff.
Great vegan options as well, give them some love.

Ordered online and got extras galore with my family. Each of us ordered sour cream and there were two drops if we were lucky except for one of us who had a proper serving. I ordered two sauces too which I could barely taste as again there were a few drops added. I spent a lot on all the extras for my nachos including extra mince but was extremely dissapointed.

This one star reveiw is not for the food, the food is great. This review is for the customer service I have received from one of the staff members a number of times. I have read another review from another customer that has seemed to have
a similar experience with the same guy, I'm assuming it's the same guy (julian maybe). He dose not greet you or speak to you and just stares as though you are annoying him. I feel so awkward everytime I have had to order from him. I would avoid this restaurant all together if I didn't have to track it out to shellharbour. This guy honestly needs to learn better customer service , I would of told him myself buy I honestly think he wouldn't care what I would say or think.
