Spice Rack Mick Hundal

Came in to order some takeaway and whilst sitting inside waiting for my order a staff member approached the table I was sitting at by the door. I looked up to see who was approaching my table and nodded to acknowledge them and looked back to my phone, the staff member then, seemingly deliberately, ran into the table forcing it towards me. The person made no attempt to apologise enforcing my belief that it was deliberate and then continued to walk about the store on the phone before handing the phone to another member of staff.

I am utterly disgusted! I had two cockroaches in my rice. I rang, the son turned up at my home with his unannounced daughter to have a look...... It was an $80 odd dollar meal and he gave me $10, and took the rice making it a $4.50 refund. I was told it was only small, get over it, and they'd refund on our next order. I kept saying I WON'T be eating there again but was talked over in a sexist manner! Not Happy at all. Repulsed by the Cockroaches and the way it was dealt with. Liars in Filth! Enjoy your roches people.... Month's later Mick has STILL not reembersed our $80 for a meal we could NOT EAT! I would Really like a refund...They only live down the road ☹
