EXTREMELY POOR, went on a Thursday specifically to buy my son a dressing gown we had seen on their website, found it in-store, picked the correct size and went to the till. The cashier wouldn't sell it to us after a load of messing around. Very embarrassing in front of other customers.
Phoned customer services to be told it was taken off sale Tuesday and the reason it was still on sale was because the person responsible hasn't been in that day? What utter rubbish if it was recalled TUESDAY! and not only that it was still advertised on the website on the Thursday! If they had bothered to removed it from the website or the shelves which they had ample time to do they wouldn't have wasted my time and fuel. Utterly pathetic customer service.

Do you guys every stop? Seriously one of the only stores I can count of to have everything we need. We are a family of five on a budget and you guys deliver each and every time. From tv’s to table cloths, clothing to games, Asda has it all for your living arrangements at home. 🏠

The biggest problem is the parking. To avoid paying in the carpark you will have to find a spot on the nearby roads.
