YES The Starbucks in wyomissing Was A Great Experience for Lisa and I today. Had a good time while enjoying a " cafe Carmel mocha latte with whipped cream cinnamon and chocolate 🍫 shavings on top. Who wouldn't Love ❤️ it and to top it off my company had the peppermint mocha latte, we also had Sandwiches 🥪 as well. Overall positive all the way around for a good price ❗

I went inside for my order and I have to say that Brooke at the counter was amazing. She not only took the counter orders, she answered the phones, made the food and helped her coworkers all while smiling and having a very pleasant professional attitude. Great employee.. My order, a venti Xtra hot caramel maccihato also was perfect.. Thanks...

I stopped by this Starbucks on December 12th while visiting a friend of mine from out of town. The drive thru was packed so I decided to go to inside to grab our drinks. The line was not long but once at the register I wasn’t greeted very warmly at all. I believe the person at the register was named Julian if I am remembering correctly. He was very rude. I ordered my friends drink and then my regular which is a Soy, No water Chai. I drink this every day before work back home in NY before my shift. Furthermore, I was employed by Starbucks from ages 18-21. I know my drink. Once at the bar I saw the barista adding water to a drink after passing me the caramel mocha for my friend and I made sure to remind her that I asked for NO water in my chai at the register. The girl at the bar seemed really annoyed and had to start my drink over at which point I waited about 5 more min to receive my drink. I didn’t realize until I got into my friends car that Julian at the register went out of his way not only to be rude but to incorrectly spell my name which is “Crystal” pretty easy for most But also, halfway into drinking my Chai my stomach is doing backflips, the barista on bar did not remake my drink with soy which was disappointing my stomach was really upset and I knew something was off when I first tasted it I just thought I was being hypercritical. I was the only person here naturally protected from the sun and I feel like this was the reason I was treated poorly here. If you are an AA individual and happen to be looking for a cup of joe or tea in this wretched area I say make your own we are not welcome here!

today the barista, adrianna, made another small cup for my little cousin of our same drink order and she didn’t have to do that at all. completely made the whole drink for us while also taking another order thru her earpiece . she looked a little stressed. understandable when working with a long line. tipped her 5$ . and hope she has a great one as well !! great service !!

Staff is rude! Love every other Starbucks but this one! Yesterday I went w my niece and she told them she was rung up for a drink with matcha and never given it and they said they were going to refund her.. they took her to the register and said, “actually there’s no extra charge for matcha so we don’t have to refund anything.” No apologies or anything..Very tasteless and disappointing

I stopped in there this morning around 6:45 am and the music was blasting loud!! I literally had to put my head phones on to block out the loud music at the register when I placed my order. There was another couple who were sitting at a table, who got up to sit outside, to try and get away from the loud music. I had to do the same thing, except it was like 45° outside and the chairs and tables were ice cold. Please turn the music down! It's a coffee shop, not a night club!
