Also one time a test had a different result than another lab and when I told them they almost attack and answer in a rude way the customer coz they have to be right . So the phone is a big problem coz u can’t reach coz they don’t answer all the time day and night and the call center is even more rude !! I was a loyal customer since many years but now after this I’m not anymore
