The pent on the 19th floor gives a spectacular view of the Marina on one side and the Sheikh Zayed Road on the other. The maintenance is bit of a letdown. The main entrance door to the building was faulty and hence there was humidity in the reception area. The building has great swimming pools, beautiful Gym and amazing Sauna and Steam. A Squash Court and the entrance is beautifully done. The reception area could be compared to any upscale Hotel. Parking spaces and driveways in the basement are spacious too. Overall a good experience to live here.
