After I called the manager of the restaurant and negotiated with him he offered that I make another order of juice through Zomato and they will pay cash to Zomato valet at the restaurant! But when Zomato valet came he said that he was not paid at the restaurant and I should pay!!!! 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ They put 19 aed in the bag with order and the order was 32 aed!!! So why they put 19 only or why they didn’t pay to him at the restaurant!!!! Seriously I’ve never experienced such a careless behavior, such poor customer service, I wanted to try many dishes from this restaurant but now I will just spread the word to not to EVER ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE!!!!!
