There is a clear lack of understanding of the fundamentals of business. Engaged phones, chopping and changing of closing hours which contradicts what is advertised and alternating days which delivery is available, just to name a few. But I noticed since the main manager is not around quality has considerably dropped. The barbacoa meat is more dry and not as tender. Also, another important thing that I noticed is the price hike. Prices when up by as much as 25% in some items. This is simply ridiculous. I will continue to go to this restaurant and I hope the quality increases at least given the drastic price increase.
