The varying thickness of the pork slices was quite nice with thin slices coming off first while the thick slices slowly cooked to perfection. Adding the mushrooms, garlic, and chili’s to the grill while the pork belly cooked gave the vegetables a great flavor. The seafood platter though was the star of the show. Cooking the shrimp, calamari, and oysters down in the kimchi for that perfect spice was definitely my favorite part of the evening. We are planning on coming back with a larger group of friends in the near future as this was the perfect combo in the area for pork eaters!

You have to book an appointment beforehand to let them know how many people will arrive so they can set up a table.
