I am working in food and beverage industry that’s why I tried to be understanding as much as possible but the incident happened tonight is so disappointing. I understood that food came so late maybe they are unprepared due to the high volume of guests or short of staff but the worse thing was while digging to the Chicken Sisig, we found a hair strand. I gave it to the waitress and she didn’t even came back to us for an explanation. It is unethical and unhygienic. I will never ever coming back. There’s a lot of Filipino restaurants around in Satwa that is much better. I don’t recommend this restaurant.
