The tapioca pearls were hard and almost undercooked. The toppings choices were limited as well. The staff definitely doesn't seem to understand what you are asking for.. paid 60+ for 2 teas which went straight to the bin for being way too sweet and bubbles completely inedible.

Although the brand has a great reputation, the blueberry and raspberry milk tea which we ordered weren't upto the mark. The tea was watered down with too much ice. By the time we finished the drink it was tasting bland with no flavor. The tapioca pearls were hard and sticking to each other forming lumps. The raspberry milk tea was lacking the flavor altogether. If you're a true fan of bubble tea and booba, visit the Kite Beach franchise of Booba and stay away from this. Utterly dissatisfied.
