This tiny shop has excellent Thai teas. Their coffees also look good but I didn't get a chance to try them.

Stopped in here with my parents while looking to get out of the heat. Good coffee (especially the blended frappe latte), air-conditioning, WiFi, reasonable prices!
There were only 3 of us so it was fine but groups of more than 4 would probably struggle to fit in.
